Product Features

  • A thermally conductive insulating material based on glass fiber cloth or
    PI film, with good thermal conductivity properties, insulation and
    puncture resistance.
  • The raw material of this product is 305x305mm sheet or 305mmx76m coil.
    Can Choose a single-sided backside thermally conductive adhesive to
    facilitate assembly and ensure thermal conductivity.
  • For EB series, can provide standard sheet or die-cut product as
    customer's request.
  • This material is also commonly used in compounding with thermally
    conductive gap fillers to fill larger gaps and breakdown voltage

GBT ViaTHERM EB is a type of electrical insulating and thermally conductive
Thermally conductive insulating material designed to resist overheating in today's electronic components breakdown voltage requirements. The product is based on glass fiber or PI film, which has strong puncture resistance to avoid puncture of screws or other components during use or installation. Thin Soft conformal coating on membrane provides excellent mating surface for installation and reduces interface heat resistance. Goodbon insulator products have a variety of thermal conductivity properties to suit a variety of applications. This These materials can be die cut into various shapes.
