GBT ViaBON PU7052 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive that, after curing, forms an elastomer with excellent properties such as high strength, aging resistance, vibration fatigue resistance, and low-temperature corrosion resistance. PU7052 has excellent flame retardant performance, meets the requirements of low odor and low VOC emissions, and complies with the EU ROHS regulations. PU7052 is suitable for machine dispensing and manual mixing operations; Suitable for bonding various materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, polyester, etc.

Operation and safety
Surface cleaning: Use gauze or other tools to remove dust, loose materials, oil stains, and surface water marks from the area that needs to be coated with glue. If there is rust on the area that needs to be coated with glue, first use a metal brush to remove it, and then wipe the surface with acetone or alcohol.
Primer and cleaning agent: In order to achieve optimal adhesion performance, corresponding primers and cleaning agents should be used. When applying primer and cleaning agent, it should be ensured that the coating is evenly applied, without any accumulation of primer or cleaning agent or failure to cover the surface of the substrate.
Mixing: PU7052 two-component polyurethane structural adhesive can be mixed using a static mixing tube.
Coating operation: Use pneumatic or electric glue guns or other coating equipment to apply PU7052 two-component polyurethane structural adhesive to the construction site.
Packaging, storage, and expiration date
We can provide 50 mL, 400 mL, and 600 mL two-component rubber hose packaging or 20 L small buckets and 200 L large buckets packaging according to customer requirements;
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place for a storage period of 6 months;
Incorrect storage conditions can affect product application and performance after curing.
