PU334UV single component UV cured adhesive sealant
Product Features
Suitable for bonding and sealing various substrates
UV curing
Under ultraviolet light, the material will exhibit fluorescence, making it easier to detect
Excellent chemical and physical properties
GBT ViaBON PU334UV is a single component UV cured adhesive sealant based on polyurethane acrylic resin, which has excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture resistance. The material is cured under ultraviolet light, and the adhesive layer emits fluorescence under ultraviolet light for adhesive layer inspection, and can be applied through selective coating equipment.

Storage and Validity Period
The recommended storage temperature is -20 ° C to ensure the maximum shelf life is achieved;
Has photosensitivity, the product should not be exposed to direct sunlight or full spectrum fluorescent lamps;
Incorrect storage conditions can affect the application and performance of the product after curing.
Instructions for use
• Surface cleaning
Use gauze or other tools to remove dust, loose materials, oil stains, and surface water marks from the area that needs to be coated with glue. If there is rust on the area that needs to be coated with glue, first use a metal brush to remove it, and then wipe the surface with acetone or alcohol.
• Coating operation
It can be applied using standard selective coating equipment or traditional manual spraying equipment. Spraying should be carried out with sufficient ventilation to remove steam and mist from the operator's body.
Precautions
Sealant shall be poured in accordance with local regulations, and shall only be used in areas with good ventilation to avoid absorption, evaporation or spray;
Wet coating technology is not allowed, and it is recommended not to use solvents, water, cleaning agents, or soap solutions;
Avoid contact with white skin and eyes.
Pre test procedure
In order to eliminate potential problems in the application site, various materials used in the adhesive can be sampled to determine the optimal adhesive to be used in advance, in order to develop the best surface treatment method to achieve the best bonding performance.
