The GBT FleXEAL NF non-conductive adhesive series products have excellent resilience and environmental sealing properties, and can be processed by manual dispensing or automatic dispensing machines. FleXEAL NF has the characteristics of low hardness, good elasticity, and low compression permanent deformation, and has good adhesion on various metal and plastic surfaces. The main applications of the product include wireless communication base station equipment, automotive and electronics, and consumer electronics.
GBT FleXEALNF1015-10 is a non sensitive moisture fast curing single component non-conductive adhesive independently developed and produced by Jiabang New Materials Technology. It has good elasticity and excellent sealing performance after vulcanization molding, suitable for production on dedicated automatic dispensing machines.

Instructions for use
Surface cleaning: Use sandpaper or solvents (toluene, xylene, etc.) to thoroughly clean the surface, removing all impurities that may affect adhesion, such as rust, oil, dirt, and grime. Be careful when using solvents to clean plastics, as some solvents may damage the surface of certain plastic products.
• Operation: Place NF1015-10 into the FIP dispensing machine, select the appropriate size of dispensing needle for dispensing, and quickly cover the other side that needs to be bonded before the surface dries.
• Storage: If possible, use all at once after opening. If there are still some material residues, use the removed nozzle end as a plug to seal the product tightly and store it at room temperature for several days.

Storage precautions
NF1015-10 reacts with moisture in the air and begins to solidify on the surface. Therefore, the curing rate will vary depending on the temperature and humidity of the usage environment. Additionally, please note that if the humidity exceeds 100% and water droplets form on the vulcanized rubber, a hydrolysis reaction will occur before the crosslinking vulcanization reaction, which will reduce the strength of the cured rubber and prevent it from drying out.
During the curing process, the electrical insulation performance will temporarily decrease. But in almost all cases, once fully cured, NF1015-10 exhibits its inherent electrical insulation properties. Please note that in some cases, NF1015-10 may not cure if it comes into contact with solder or some other material.
Do not use condensation methods to solidify products in completely enclosed spaces.
Thoroughly remove water, oil, dirt, and pollutants from the adhered surface. For certain substrates, use primer as needed.

Safety and hygiene precautions

  • When using NF1015-10, please ensure that it is in a well ventilated environment. Methanol gas will be generated during the solidification process. If you experience any discomfort, please move to a place with fresh air.
  • Untreated NF1015-10 may irritate the skin and mucous membranes, therefore avoid eye contact and prolonged skin contact. If accidentally in contact with eyes, rinse with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If in contact with the skin, immediately wipe with a dry cloth and rinse with soapy water. People wearing contact lenses should be extra careful; If uncured NF1015-10 enters the eyes, contact lenses may stick to the eyes.
  • Be careful not to rub your eyes with your hands when using. Please take appropriate preventive measures, such as wearing safety glasses.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • For more information, please read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
