Metal Shielding Wire Mesh
Shielding net is an electromagnetic protection device made of metal materials such as copper and tin
plated copper wire as the core. It uses a precise metal weaving structure to reflect, absorb, and convert
electromagnetic waves, effectively isolating external electromagnetic interference and preventing
internal signal leakage. This shielding network exhibits excellent shielding effectiveness in the frequency
range of 10MHz to 3GHz, and is widely used in places with strict electromagnetic environment requirements
such as radar stations, hospitals, and laboratories, ensuring stable operation of equipment and reducing
electromagnetic radiation risks. Its weaving density exceeds 80%, adopting an optimized weaving
angle of 30-45 °, endowing the product with the dual characteristics of non-magnetic and wear-resistant,
and supporting single or multi-point grounding methods, flexibly responding to the shielding needs of
different frequency bands. In addition, some models of shielding nets also have a light transmittance
of 50% -70%, which can perfectly adapt to scenarios that require both ventilation and light transmittance,
such as instrument display windows and chassis ventilation ports, achieving the unity of functionality
and practicality.
