Beryllium copper (Be-Cu) material has very good mechanical strength and high electrical conductivity, and has a high shielding attenuation value when used in electromagnetic shielding. Mount Options
SLOT:The slot mount is easy and fast, suitable for movable occasions. After inserting the spring into the slot, snap it into another narrow slot or frame edge.
RIVET:The rivets method is tightly connected, reliable, and has a long service life. Metal or plastic rivets can be selected.
CLIP-ON:The clip-on gasket itself has good elasticity, and is reliably stay in the corresponding position through the friction between the spring and the mounting surface. Simply clip the gasket into the corresponding mounting edge or flange. T-shaped or D-shaped barbs can be added to enhance a safer grip and preserve the electrical conductivity.
ADHESION:The adhesion mount provides a easy, instant and reliable way by using self-adhesive back to stick the gasket to the mounting surface. Installation requires applying initial pressure and maintaining the force for 24 hours. Conventional PSA is non-conductive and has a regular thickness of 0.254mm. The PSA mounting surface bonding strength can be selected. Conductive PSA is also available and is generally suitable for small-sized components.
WELD:The mount is easy, and meet the requirements of traditional welding processes.
TRACK:The track mount is simple. Simply pressing the rivets attached to the fingerstock into the holes on the mounting surface. This method offers tight connection, and is reliable.
