GoodBon developed non-conductive elastomers are polymer materials with high flexibility. Products applications apply in cushioning and shock absorption, sealing and insulation, flexure, and wear resistance, as well as corrosion and salt spray resistance scenarios. Silicone elastomer can be combined with a variety of materials for composite usage. The composite materials greatly improve and enrich the comprehensive performance of silicone elastomer. Different products have different physical and chemical properties. The differences are mainly reflected in temperature range, resilience, insulation, oil resistance, pressure resistance, wear and tear resistance and so on. Non-conductive elastomer is usually used as a gasket between the metal part and the housing, providing high degree of air tightness and dust and water resistance.
GBT-eSEAL NC1030, as a modified EPDM sealing elastomer, greatly improves the aging resistance. It is also a low-density material. EPDM, as a saturated polymer backbone, has much better resistance to heat, light, and ozone than natural rubber. EPDM can be formulated for long-term usage in 120°C high temperature environment. Extreme high temperature environment can reach 150~200°C in a short time. EPDM has good resistance to various polar chemicals such as alcohols, acids, bases, oxidants, refrigerants, detergents, animal and vegetable oils, ketones and lipids.
GBT-eSEAL NC1010HC is GoodBon specially developed non-conductive sealing elastomer for harsh temperature applications. It can be used for a long time under the condition of low temperature -70°C, and its tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, basically unchanged compared to its properties operated under normal temperature.
GBT-eSEAL NC1010 is a specially developed high resilience rubber. Its properties allow material to bounce back even under heavy deformation. High resilience translates to better sealing performance.
The base material of GBT-eSEAL NC1020 is fluorosilicone, which has very stable sealing performance. Material is widely used in waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, oil-resistant and other enclosure sealing scenarios. At the same time, fluorosilicone can operate at high temperature up to 260°C with its properties unchanged.
