GBT-mZORB™ HW9000 Series

Goodbon GBT-mZORB™ HW9000 series is a material combining functions of RF absorption and thermal conductivity. The product can achieve low interface thermal resistance and electromagnetic wave absorption performance under lower pressure and has good insulation and voltage resistance characteristics and environmental stability. GBT-mZORB™ HW9000 can be placed between the heat source and the radiator like a gap pad, or between other devices that require heat conduction. By adjusting the thickness, the absorption effect is good in the 10~25GHz operating frequency band, which is especially suitable for optical transceiver and compact design applications.
