GoodBon Tech's eFlexfoam product family provide wide range of electrically conductive foam gasket. Their cross section can be made into rectangular, D-shaped, C-shaped, P-shaped, T-shaped, knife-shaped, bell-shaped and other cross-sectional shapes, and can also be further customized for different applications through die-cutting, punching, slotting, etc. Most of our foam gaskets are halogen-free, comply with RoHS requirements.

GoodBon Tech's ESOF(Silicon foam over fabric) Gasket, it is a conductive fabric over silicone foam gasket, have an excellent EMI shielding performance. Our silicone foam gaskets are made of low-density silicone foam, which is different from ordinary foam materials, and, are very environmentally friendly material with excellent electrical insulation and flame retardancy. It can withstand extreme weather such as high temperature, ultraviolet rays and ozone. The working temperature is -60~240°C.

The steel honeycomb ventilation panel has higher physical strength than the aluminum honeycomb ventilation panel, and is generally used in military-grade applications where electromagnetic shielding requirements are high. The commonly used steel honeycomb materials are SUS304 and SUS316, the common honeycomb aperture is 3.2mm, and the honeycomb core thickness is 12.7mm. The surface can be surface treated by electroplating or electroless nickel plating, tin plating, etc. to meet the reliability requirements in harsh environments. Due to the stable shielding effect and high anti-corrosion performance of steel honeycomb panels, its application industries are mainly: high-frequency test equipment, military communications, radar, aircraft turbine air intake protection, and thermal power stations.
The honeycomb panel for radiator mainly adopts the structure mode of honeycomb core + frame + conductive gasket, which can connect heat and air as soon as possible to accelerate heat dissipation; the frame can play a fixed role and can be riveted for easy assembly; conductive gasket can be added Play a better conduction effect and ensure the shielding effect.
eSEAL™ EC series electrically conductive silicon rubber has an excellent conductivity, and very good mechanical flexibility. Its application includes not only meeting grounding and EMI shielding requirement, but also achieve critical environmental sealing requirement. Conductive particles include silver-plated aluminum, silver-plated glass, silver-plated nickel, silver-plated copper, nickel-plated aluminum, and nickel-coated graphite. The elastomer substrate is mainly silicon rubber or fluorosilicone rubber.
eSEAL™ CF(Co-Factor or Co-Extruded) electrically conductive rubber, thru co-extrusion process to combine conductive silicon rubber and non-conductive silicone rubber into one gasket material. It has both good conductivity and environment sealing property, and can fit into different groove size. Its excellent waterproof and dustproof ability to ensure the highest protection level at IP68. The filler materials varied from Ag/Al, Ni/C, Ag/Glass, and Ag/Al fluorosilicone, totally four kinds.
eSEAL™ EP(Electrically Plated Seal) gasket is a unique product of a non-conductive elastomer core with its skin coated with conductive layer. This structure ensure a good elasticity of its core, which can achieve both environmental sealing and easily assembly, at the same time it will also offer excellent EMI shielding properties for various applications.
NYS-SEALOR E-coating conductive rubber is a high-performance composite product formed by non-conductive elastomer as the carrier and coated with conductive metal particles. The good elasticity of the internal non-conductive elastomer ensures the excellent toughness of the product, which is convenient for product assembly and can achieve environmental sealing at the same time to prevent water or other dust from entering the inside of the device. E-Coating conductive rubber combines the high shielding characteristics of the conductive layer with the advantages of the mechanical properties of non-conductive elastomers. It is a patented product of Leizdun Technology with independent intellectual property rights.
This none conductive gasket provide excellent elasticity, and good electrical insulation performance. GoodBon's Non-conductive gaske is mainly for environment sealing application. Under suitable pressure, it will produce larger elastic deformation suitable for gap filling to achieve a good sealing effect. Because of its stable sealing characteristics, it is widely used in waterproof, dust-proof and other enclosure sealing assembly, etc. eSEAL™ NC1014 has excellent cold and high temperature resistance characteristics, and can still maintain good physical properties under extreme conditions of -70 ℃ ~ 260 ℃
FleXEAL™ EF2125-10 is a nickel/carbon filled, small diameter ultra-soft room temperature vulcanized conductive glue. FleXEAL™ EF2120-20 is a high-temperature vulcanized nickel/carbon glue . It is a high-flow conductive glue, which makes it fluidity through material ratio while ensuring conductivity and adhesion.
