High-reliability reinforced card slot reed

The shielding design of the front panel involves the shielding between the front panel and the plug-in box and its insertion unit. The shielding material used is the surface and the nickel-plated solid top symmetrical groove type (S3) finger-shaped reed, which is designed to be clamped in A T-shaped extruded flange on top (see below). The design can receive force in shear direction and can receive force in two directions.
According to the -10 standard, the standard length is 9.5" (241.3mm), and products with other lengths or different coatings can also be customized according to specific requirements.
