ViaTHERM™ TGR5000, a high-performance thermal conductive silicone grease, has high wetting properties which enable a very small contact distance between the mating surface of the device, usually below 0.01mm, therefore to achieve a very low thermal resistance. The coating thickness is usually between 0.05-0.15mm.
