ViaTHERM™ TGR5000

ViaTHERM™ TGR5000 series is a high-performance thermal conductive silicone grease based on silicone resin. It has high wetting properties and can fill the irregular microstructure on the surface of the device very well to form a very low thermal resistance interface. The coating thickness is usually between 0.05-0.15mm.

ViaTHERM™ TGR5000, a high-performance thermal conductive silicone grease, has high wetting properties which enable a very small contact distance between the mating surface of the device, usually below 0.01mm, therefore to achieve a very low thermal resistance. The coating thickness is usually between 0.05-0.15mm.

ViaTHERM™ TGR5000 series has very good reliability, none of dry, precipitate or harden, it is also comply with RoHS, REACH and other environmental requirements.
