  • A thermally conductive insulating material based on fiberglass cloth has good thermal conductivity, insulation and puncture resistance.
  • The raw materials of the product are 305x305mm sheets or 305mmx76m rolls, and the option of single-sided back thermal conductive adhesive is provided to facilitate assembly.
  • For TO-220, TO-247 and other standard parts packaging, die-cut finished products can be provided, and customer-specific size products can be accepted, and drawings can be processed in multiple file formats.
