GBT-ViaTHERM EB35 The electrically insulating and thermally conductive material is designed to solve overheating problems for today's power component assemblies. Most products are film-based and designed to resist cutting-through in screw mounting applications. EB35 provide a more consistent breakdown voltage over other insulation constructions. The soft conformal coating on the film provides an excellent mating surface for low pressure clip mounting. Goodbon insulator products are available with a diverse range of thermal performance to suit any application. These materials can be die-cut into any standard or customized shape.

  • A thermally conductive insulating material based on fiberglass cloth has good thermal conductivity, insulation and puncture resistance.
  • The raw materials of the product are 305x305mm sheets or 305mmx76m rolls, and the option of single-sided back thermal conductive adhesive is provided to facilitate assembly.
  • For EB Series and other standard parts packaging, die-cut finished products can be provided, and customer-specific size products can be accepted, and drawings can be processed in multiple file formats.
