5W series thermally conductive insulators are made of fiberglass and thermally conductive silicone rubber integrally formed through special processing. The product is a good combination of excellent insulation and thermally conductivity with the properties of low installation pressure and low thermal impedance. It is typically used between heaters and heatsinks for thermal conduction and electrical insulation. All products are compliance with environmental requirements, such as RoHs and Halogen Free.
