MFG(Metallic foil over Foam Gasket)
GoodBon Tech's MFG product family provide wide range of electrically conductive fabric over foam gasket. Their cross section can be made into rectangular, D-shaped, C-shaped, P-shaped, T-shaped, knife-shaped, bell-shaped and other cross-sectional shapes, and can also be further customized for different applications through die-cutting, punching, slotting, etc. Most of our foam gaskets are halogen-free, comply with RoHS requirements.
It is recommended that the gasket's height-to-width ratio is less than 1.5. It is better to be less than 1.0 (that is, width ≥ height).
The general width of the gasket is at least 2mm.
There has an fabric overlap at the bottom of the gasket. The general width of the overlap is 1-2mm.
The ideal compression ratio of fabric over foam gasket is 25% to 40%. Over limit compression may result in permanent deformation of the gasket.
It is recommended to avoid improper squeezing of EMI gaskets during transportation and handling.
It is recommended that the width of the bottom non-conductive PSA be 50% of the width. If a conductive PSA is selected, the width of the PSA can reach 85% of the width of the gasket.
The position of the PSA at the bottom of the liner can be in the middle, side or other positions.
The shelf life and storage conditions:
1 year from the date of shipment, packed in a sealed bag, and the temperature is maintained at 0-40°C. No need for humidity control.

GBT-ViaTHERM TFP8050-00 is a 8 W/m∙K thermal pad with superb thermal performance and high compressibility. This product series also encludes normal and ultra-soft version. The material has inherent tackiness on both sides allows the product to effectively fill irregular air gaps so that to imporve the overall thermal performance.
