Fin-welding modular Heatsink

The heat sink assembly is a combination of fin, extruded aluminum base, and the heat pipe; the usage of heat pipe will enhance the overall thermal dissipation performance significantly.

Fin-welding modular Heatsink:

  • The FIN and the heat pipe are welded together by solder paste, and the high thermal conductivity of the heat pipe is used to quickly transfer the heat, and its heat dissipation performance is high;
  • Stable heat dissipation performance;
  • FIN can be made of copper and aluminum materials, suitable for mass production.
