The heat pipe is generally composed of a tube shell, a channel with capillary action, and a medium that transfers heat. The heat pipe itself forms a high vacuum closed system. The heat pipe can be divided into three sections along the axial direction, namely the evaporation section, the adiabatic section and the condensation section.
